LOCATION: first of all, plan ahead. Good places get snagged quickly, so make sure to finalize and schedule your location FIRST. Choose a park with a shaded pavilion if you are planning to recreate and have a lot of children coming. If you want a more intimate setting, choose an indoor facility like a church or event center. If your reunion is over the weekend, maybe choose a few different places to mix things up and keep everyone interested.
Pavillon. Find the right size covered pavilion to fit all your guests. plan on bringing other tables if needed and blankets for those who would like to crash on the grass. Photo Source: Gratiot County

I like your family reunion shirt ideas you put on the sixth slide. I really like the first design because, like you said, everything is contained and it looks clean. My husband and I are planning our family reunion this year, and we’ve been thinking that it would be fun to make shirts for everyone. Maybe we could do a design similar to the circle one for a crisp look.
