Beverages. Use a large water jug to hold a fair amount of water so that you don’t have to keep going in and out to refill it.
Prepare Food. Nobody likes to come to eat dinner and have to wait an hour till its served. If you don’t have a bbq already, check out Bay Area outdoor kitchens, they look great! If you’re cooking things that take longer than 15 minutes, out them o the BBQ before the party starts. For example, I like to cook veggies on the grill in foil over bacon. This takes 45 minutes, so I have it prepared in my fridge that morning and then get it on the grill 45 minutes before the BBQ is scheduled. This then gives me time to melt cheese onto once everybody has arrived. BBQ 3
