Some of the birthday ideas are quite tough to execute as they require lot of accessories to be organized as well as the money but I think this is the simplest one and can be organized easily. In this idea some of the accessories can be arranged from house as well.

I would suggest looking in the toy isle at the dollar store, craft store or local toy store. If you’re party has a budget, the Dollar Store would be best and then spray paint them.
