10 Great Party Destinations

February 18, 2014 by Paige Leave a Comment

10 party destinations PINPlanning a birthday party can be tricky. If your kids are young, they will make a big mess in your house. If they’re older then they won’t want a ‘boring’ day at home doing activities. This means you’ve got to think what they will find fun at their age. If you’ve got a teenager then it’s slightly eaiser because you’ve got things like paintballing and airsoft that will keep them occupied for the day or weekend. If you want to find out more then check out paintballfreedom.com. Plus, they will be able to tell you what they want to do for that year, all you have to do is organize it. However, finding something that your young child will enjoy and isn’t too expensive can be hard. Check out these 10 birthday outing ideas.

1. Bowler Derby

This is a parent FAVORITE because most activity fun centers offer an all in one birthday party packages including food and dessert. Lots of bowling alleys also offer arcade, laser tag and mini golf.

2. Kids & Clay

Click here for locations. Kids love being messy and creating something of their own.

3. Crafters Corner

Your local craft stores offer birthday party art and craft classes in their party rooms.

4. Tumble Roos

Lots of gymnastics facilities offer birthday parties. They usually include a gym coach who will conduct games, obstacle courses and jumping on the trampoline and into the foam pits.

5. Local Sports Center

Most city centers offer party rooms along with activities such as rock climbing, swimming and sport court games.

6. Kid Hollywood

Take the party to a matinee showing of a new release or nearest discount Movie Theater. Kids love the experience of being in a big surround sound theater with their buddies.

7. Jungle Gym

Take the party to a local park with a playground, climbing equipment and swings. Most parks have pavilions for rent, or just take your own canopy, table and picnic.

8. Airborne

Kids love the new fad of jumping from tramp to tramp at the indoor trampoline fun centers. Just make sure every child has a parent signed waiver!

9. Young Explorers

Every state has a Children’s Museum which offers endless exploring, pretend play (similar to what you may have seen on those kids YouTube videos) and hands on activities.

10. Kung Fu Panda

Kids will be jumping for joy while learning skills from a martial arts instructor. They will learn real karate technique and self-defense skills. It won’t hurt either to learn a little self discipline.
