The Keto diet is the new hype. According to Ruled.Me it is a low carb diet that is know to help with weight loss, control blood sugar and increase mental performance. Some like to use a supplement to maximize the potential of the diet. You might find it helpful to read an Approved Science Keto review. I personally eat a low carb diet and it makes my belly feel much better than when I load up on carbs. This is a life style change and can be adapted to most recipes. When I feed my family tacos, I skip the tortilla and place all my topping on a sliced avocado.
