These super cute monster cupcakes by “the decorated cookie” would be a huge hit! Frost the cupcakes and add one large marshmallows or several small marshmallows on top. Use black frosting to make “pupils” on the marshmallows.
Another great idea is to use colored coconut on top of your frosting instead of sugar sprinkles.
