Most pizza places will allow you to buy one or just give you one. Dominos game me several small ones for free that I used for a birthday party favor.

I have used baseball sized styrofoam and florist pins and covered them in $20 bills. The best one I’ve ever seen was years for Christmas my mom got our local pharmacist to give us empty gelatin capsules and we rolled bills and put them in a pill bottle with an Rx label that read: Take 2 capsules and spend them in the morning!
    (Good luck trying that now)

Some of these require folding, and some you can just tape. The links will navigate you to the instructions.
