Healthier Dessert Options

April 20, 2018 by Paige Leave a Comment

I went to a homeopathic clinic to find some help for my son with ADHD who always seems to be getting in trouble at school for talking too much. We don’t want to medicate to we felt like this was a good option. The staff talked to us about his diet. She said it is so common that people medicate their kids after feeding them foods full of sugar and dyes expecting their kids to stop being hyperactive.

I feel like I feed my family a pretty healthy diet, but I could always do better. After feeling at a loss and wanting to help improve my sons behavior, I’ve tried to find more recipes with less sugar. At first he felt deprived, but then he started to really like some of the foods he was eating. Overall I think it has helped.

I think it’s impossible and unfair to cut out all dessert so I found these delicious recipes that are paleo and vegan friendly. They have ingredients such as coconut oil, honey and greek yogurt to name a few. Hopefully these “cleaner” options will give your tastebuds a ride.

DIY Dog Beds You’ll Both Love

March 22, 2018 by Paige Leave a Comment

Raise the “woof” with these stunning dog beds you can create at home. Although, if creating your own isn’t really your thing, you should probably look to invest in a good dog bed for your beloved pup. Get creative and make a stylish pet bed that will house your favorite little friend in style.

It’s important that dogs have their own bed, this helps to establish some house rules. Without these rules, dogs will assume they can sleep anywhere. Getting them the dog bed that is the best on the market will ensure they have a place of their own and encourage them to sleep on their bed, not yours. Whilst it isn’t always a bad thing that they sleep wherever they like, it can lead to damaged furniture. Ensuring the bed is big enough for the dog is vital, make sure to give them enough room for them to get comfortable. This is especially true if they need some pain relief products (like those on https://cbddoghealth.com/) to help them move about, as it should also be of note that not all dogs will be able to access every dog bed. Be sure to keep this in mind. For example, dogs with arthritis or mobility issues will struggle to get into a lifted bed, so perhaps a large cushion on the floor would be easier for them. If this is the case though, using supplements like Curcumin For Dogs could benefit their joints and make it easier for them to move around and potentially get into more comfy beds.

There are multiple beds out there, but sometimes it can be easier to create your own bed for your beloved pet. This way, you can ensure that it’s the correct size and is comfy enough to allow your dog a good night’s sleep. For some inspiration and tips, keep reading this blog! Let’s get creative and make a stylish pet bed that will house your favorite little friend in style.

Genius Outdoor Wedding Ideas

March 22, 2018 by Paige Leave a Comment

Outdoor weddings are the way to go if the season allows. These outdoor ideas from flowers to dancing shoes to otter pops are genius. One of my favourite things about outdoor weddings is the opportunity to take some amazing photographs, especially if you have equipment like this DJI drone for aerial shots. I have seen some stunning pictures and they are only possible at outdoor weddings. Even if they are unlucky with the weather, the pictures of the happy couples kissing in the rain are beautiful. Some are weather dependant, but you could always use a San Antonio tent rentals service to keep everything dry if it is expected to rain. You can also use the tent if it’s too hot. It can provide a shaded area and keep your guests cool so that they can enjoy all of the amazing wedding pops you’re going to have. Gather some new ideas and make your special day memorable.
