For one of my daughters 3rd birthday parties, she requested a strawberry shortcake cupcake. It was simple to make, I baked a box cake mix and them made vanilla buttercream. I then chopped up strawberries and placed them on top of each cupcake. They were a huge hit!
Placing strawberries on wooden skewers are also a great addition to a strawberry party.
